1. Controller and scope
The service controller is Yuriy Prudnikov, owner of the PrudN1koff brand and the Stream Studio product (“Stream Studio”, “we”). The service is available at streamstudio.prudn1koff.com. Privacy contact: admin@prudn1koff.com.
This Policy applies to website visitors, registered users, connected platform accounts, and support requests. It does not replace the separate policies of TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Telegram, Freedom Pay, or other third-party services.
2. Data we process
- Account data: name, email address, password hash, language, role, workspace settings, and subscription information.
- Connected-platform data: account or channel identifier, public name and image, user-granted permissions, server-side OAuth tokens, stream and video information, and publishing status.
- User content: stream recordings, uploaded media, transcripts, edit plans, clips, captions, drafts, and publications.
- Payment records: order number, amount, currency, payment method and status, transaction identifier, or crypto transaction hash. Stream Studio does not receive or store full card numbers, CVC/CVV, or payment passwords.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, sign-in, request, error, and security logs.
- Communications: messages, attachments, and replies in the support module.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to create and secure an account, perform the service contract, retrieve a stream recording, prepare content selected by the user, publish or schedule it, take payment, provide support, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
The legal bases are performance of the Terms, explicit consent and platform authorization, legitimate interests in service security and quality, and applicable legal duties. Publishing permission applies only to accounts and channels connected by the user.
4. TikTok data and access control
After a user voluntarily connects TikTok, Stream Studio receives only data and actions within the scopes displayed to and approved by that user: basic profile data, available video information, publishing options, and content status. We use it to show the connected profile and publish the clip selected by the user. We do not sell TikTok data or use it for undisclosed profiling or advertising.
The user selects an available TikTok visibility level, accepts required notices, and initiates publishing. Access can be revoked in Stream Studio connections or TikTok permission settings. On disconnection, tokens are revoked or disabled for new requests. Associated copies may be deleted with the Stream Studio account or on request, except records we must retain by law or to resolve a dispute.
5. Google and YouTube API data
Stream Studio uses YouTube API Services. Access is granted voluntarily through Google OAuth only for the channel selected by the user and only within the permissions displayed on the consent screen. Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements: https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy
Stream Studio does not download, import, cache, or store YouTube audiovisual content and does not provide offline playback. For editing, the user uploads an original source file or supplies another permitted source for which the user has all required rights.
- What we access, collect, and store: encrypted OAuth access/refresh tokens, expiry, and granted scopes; the ID, title, and available image of the user-owned channel; IDs, titles, descriptions, times, status, visibility, and available statistics for that channel's streams and videos; the ID, status, and available thumbnail of a video uploaded through Stream Studio; and YouTube Analytics results for that channel, including day/video dimensions and only API-returned views, watch time, average view duration/percentage, likes, comments, shares, and subscriber-change metrics.
- How we use and process it: youtube.readonly confirms the selected channel and displays its broadcasts, live state, and factual metrics to the owner; youtube.upload is used only to send the user-selected finished file after the user separately chooses the channel, title, description, public/private/unlisted visibility, made-for-kids setting, and explicitly confirms the upload. We do not calculate new or replacement metrics from YouTube API Data.
- Internal access: the user and members of the same workspace expressly authorized by that user, plus limited support and security personnel only when necessary. Data belonging to different channel owners is not combined.
- External sharing: Google/YouTube for OAuth, retrieval of authorized data, and a confirmed upload; secure hosting and infrastructure providers only to the extent needed to operate the service. YouTube API Data is not disclosed to advertising networks, data brokers, or AI/ML providers, is not sold, and is not used for advertising, profiling, or general-model training.
- Retention: YouTube statistics are stored and displayed for no more than 30 calendar days and are routinely deleted. Other API-returned information is refreshed from YouTube or deleted within 30 days. Tokens remain only until disconnection, revocation, or expiry and are validated when the API is used.
- Control and deletion: disconnecting YouTube causes Stream Studio to programmatically revoke the Google token and delete stored tokens and associated YouTube API Data. Access can also be revoked in Google security settings: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. Send deletion requests to admin@prudn1koff.com; after verification, active copies are deleted as soon as possible and within 7 days, and backup copies rotate out within 30 days. This does not delete data held by YouTube; the owner manages YouTube-hosted videos separately in YouTube Studio.
6. Recipients and processors
We share the minimum data required to provide a user-requested function. Recipients may include hosting and infrastructure providers, text and media processing services, connected TikTok, YouTube, Twitch and Telegram services, and Freedom Pay and banks for card payments. Each external service operates under its own terms and privacy policy.
Stream Studio does not sell or rent personal data. Data may be disclosed in response to a binding lawful request, to protect users and the service, or during a business reorganization subject to applicable safeguards.
7. Payments
Card payments take place on a secure Freedom Pay checkout page. The payment operator and banks process card details; Stream Studio receives only the outcome and operational transaction identifiers. For USDT payments, we process the selected network, recipient address, exact amount, public transaction hash, and automated on-chain verification result.
8. Retention
Account data is kept while the account remains active. Platform tokens remain until disconnection, revocation, or expiry. Working media and processing results are kept according to workspace settings and technical need, while backups rotate. Payment, accounting, antifraud, and dispute records may be retained longer where law or payment-network rules require it.
Following a verified deletion request, we delete or de-identify data from active systems within a reasonable technical period. Residual copies expire through the backup rotation unless retention is legally required.
9. Security
We use role- and workspace-based access controls, HTTPS, server-side secret storage, password hashing, signed payment-callback validation, security logs, and backups. No online service can promise absolute security, so users must also protect their password, email account, and connected platforms.
10. User rights
Send a request from the account email address to admin@prudn1koff.com. To protect data, we may need to verify identity and account ownership.
- Request information about personal data and correct inaccuracies.
- Manage user-owned content through available service functions.
- Revoke platform authorization or disconnect an integration at any time.
- Request account and associated-data deletion, restriction, or cessation where applicable law provides these rights.
- Object to processing and complain to the competent data-protection authority.
12. Age limits
Stream Studio is intended for adults and is not designed to knowingly collect children's data. If you believe a child submitted data without proper consent, contact us at the address above.
13. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy when the product, processors, or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date are always published here. Registered users may be notified of material changes in the interface or by email.
