Terms of Service

1. Parties and acceptance

Stream Studio is an online service of Yuriy Prudnikov, owner of the PrudN1koff brand (the “Provider”). Service address: streamstudio.prudn1koff.com; contact: admin@prudn1koff.com. Seller registration and payment details appear in payment records and are provided upon a lawful request.

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or continuing to use the service after reviewing these Terms, the user enters into an agreement with the Provider on these terms. A person acting for an organization confirms that they have authority to bind it.

2. The service

Stream Studio helps retrieve recordings of user-owned streams, prepare transcripts and vertical clips, plan content, create drafts, publish approved materials, operate Telegram and OBS tools, and view actually available analytics.

The current features, limits, and price are displayed before checkout. Stream Studio is not TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Telegram, or Freedom Pay, is not their official representative, and cannot guarantee a third-party platform's decisions or availability.

3. Account and age

• Users must be adults and legally able to enter into this agreement.
• Registration information must be accurate; passwords and email access must not be shared with unauthorized persons.
• A compromised account must be reported to support immediately.
• Accounts may not be resold or used to bypass limits or safeguards.

4. User content and rights

The user retains ownership of source and created content. The user grants Stream Studio a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, copy, transform, and transmit that content only to perform the selected service functions.

The user confirms ownership of connected channels and all necessary rights to video, music, images, voices, trademarks, and other materials, and that publication complies with third-party rights and platform rules.

5. Connected platforms, YouTube, and TikTok

Integrations operate only after explicit authorization by the account owner and within granted permissions. Before publishing, the user reviews the clip, copy, visibility, advertising or music declarations, and personally initiates or schedules the action.

By using Stream Studio (this API Client), including its YouTube API features, the user agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms. Before each upload, the user selects an owned channel, title, description, visibility, and made-for-kids audience setting, separately confirms the upload, and must comply with YouTube Community Guidelines, copyright, and privacy rights.

Stream Studio does not provide importing, downloading, caching, storing, or offline playback of YouTube audiovisual content. Users must not submit a YouTube URL as an editing source; for processing, they provide an original file or another source they have the right to supply to the service.

For TikTok, the user chooses a visibility option actually returned by TikTok, accepts required notices, and complies with Content Posting API, copyright, music, and community rules. Access may be revoked in Stream Studio or TikTok. We may stop publishing if permission is missing, expired, or the action conflicts with platform requirements.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not publish unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, infringing, or platform-prohibited material.
• Do not access another person's account, bypass safeguards, extract secrets, disrupt infrastructure, or impose excessive automated load.
• Do not conceal content origin, impersonate a third-party platform, or use integrations for spam or unauthorized advertising.
• Do not resell the service or offer it as your own SaaS without written permission.

7. Subscription and digital delivery

Stream Studio is sold as one subscription for the period and price shown at checkout. Access activates after payment confirmation and remains available through the date shown in the account. There is no automatic renewal unless it is clearly displayed before payment and separately accepted by the user.

Digital service delivery begins immediately on activation: paid functions and server processing resources become available. Payment history and subscription dates are shown in the account.

8. Payment

Card payments are processed on the Freedom Pay page using methods available to the user's bank. Stream Studio neither collects nor stores card details. Payment is completed when the payment operator confirms the transaction.

For USDT, the exact network, address, and unique invoice amount are shown before transfer. The user must send the amount without rounding and verify the network and address; a different network, asset, or amount may not be matched automatically and may be permanently lost. A crypto payment activates access automatically after the exact amount is detected with sufficient network confirmations.

9. Cancellation and refunds

A user may cancel without charge before payment. After activation, send a refund request from the account email to admin@prudn1koff.com with the order number and reason. We assess requests under mandatory applicable law and payment-method rules.

A full refund is provided for a confirmed duplicate charge, incorrect amount, inability to activate paid access caused by Stream Studio, and other cases required by law. If service delivery has started and the service was actually used, the refund may be reduced by the delivered portion where legally permitted. We normally initiate an approved refund within 10 business days; bank or network settlement may take longer.

A blockchain transfer cannot technically be reversed. If a USDT refund is approved, it is sent as a separate transaction to a verified address, and network fees may be deducted unless law requires otherwise. This does not restrict non-waivable consumer rights.

10. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available, but maintenance, infrastructure failures, and third-party API restrictions may occur. Features may change for security, compatibility, and product development. A material reduction of a paid service allows the user to request a proportionate remedy or refund where applicable law provides it.

11. Suspension and termination

Users may stop using the service and disconnect platforms at any time. We may restrict an account for a Terms violation, security threat, fraud, non-payment, or binding legal or platform requirement. Where safe and permitted, we will explain the reason and allow the user to remedy the breach or export user-owned data.

12. Liability

Each party is responsible for direct, documented loss to the extent required by applicable law. The Provider is not responsible for third-party platform decisions, enforcement caused by a user's rule violation, loss caused by an incorrect blockchain network, user action, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan without restricting mandatory consumer rights in the user's country of residence. Before court action, the parties will attempt to resolve the matter by email. A claim should identify the account, order, circumstances, and requested remedy. We aim to respond within the legally required period or, if none applies, 15 business days.

14. Changes and contact

The current Terms are published on this page. Changes do not retroactively alter an already paid period unless law requires otherwise. Questions about the service, payment, refunds, and legal terms are accepted at admin@prudn1koff.com.
